That is a small trend to see yearly increases this year would then constitute yearly increases. I said 3 or 4 times total in the past 11 years. At this point that is better then the bi annual raping at the hands of the cable cos -- "It's always funny until someone gets hurt......and then it's absolutely friggin' hysterical!"
