I really wanted Dish to work, but their subcontracts are not properly training and their are MAJOR communication issues within that company between the folks on the phone and the installers.
The reason is that they are contractors and not direct installers that work for dishnetwork themselves. That in itself is the reason why one doesn't know what the other is doing.
