Winthrop Harbor, IL | Odd CID Time issue
I have an HT-502, and timezone set for central, since I am in IL. Inbound calls show an hour off (early). The call logs in the CP show correct time. I changed the timezone to eastern, and all is OK, but not sure why the difference.

Winthrop Harbor, IL | You would think, but we have not hit that "old" date yet, and you would think that GS would have that as part of their latest firmware.

You can look in the admin page of the GS and see what the timezone rule is set for. You can choose a timezone via the pulldown on the GS. Then it populates the timezone rule. You can modify the rule.
The documentation for the GS explains how the rule functions. |
