I have an HT-502, and timezone set for central, since I am in IL. Inbound calls show an hour off (early). The call logs in the CP show correct time. I changed the timezone to eastern, and all is OK, but not sure why the difference.

| reply to TJ_in_IL You can look in the admin page of the GS and see what the timezone rule is set for. You can choose a timezone via the pulldown on the GS. Then it populates the timezone rule. You can modify the rule.
The documentation for the GS explains how the rule functions. |
