[TWC] TWC Maine better before they fixed it!!

We recently upgraded our cable service from the most basic package to the all in one. We were able to pick up some local channels in HD on our Vizio LCD tv. The HD picture was fabulous.

Once we upgraded, we noticed ghosting on the analog channels. TWC made a service call and replaced just about everything including a box on the pole that had water in it.

Since then, the ghosting is gone, but we immediately noticed that our HD channels started pixelating badly, expecially during sports. Despite another service call, the picture is still unacceptable.

We have a DVR and composite cabling between the DVR and the TV.

I have tried to connect the coax directly into the TV (like the old days with the perfect picture) to rule out the DVR. The HD picture was still not right.

I can't believe it's the TV because it was SO GOOD before the ghosting repair by TWC.

Any ideas????

Sounds like poor signal coming into the house. I would give them a call back. What town in Maine are you at fellow Mainer?

Be sure you have them look at the picture on the TV before they leave as well. Some are a bit eager to leave once they think they have finished.
