Gizmo (spa-2102) not receiving IP address anymore, no tone

My setup is as follows:

FIOS -> Actiontec -> Gizmo

Computers access internet via wireless from Actiontec.

This setup has been working fine since Sunrocket. This week, all of a sudden, we lost dial tone. I checked the gizmo and the internet light is ON and the Power light is BLINKING STEADY GREEN.

I hooked up a laptop to the ethernet port of the gizmo and noticed it was not receiving an IP address anymore. I verified on the Actiontec that the gizmo doesn't show as a connected device.

Is there something I can do without having to go through tech support (which has been pretty frustrating in the past)?

Note: I've restarted both the actiontec and the gizmo numerous times.

Have you tried to do a Factory Reset?

Make sure you try resetting your devices in this appropriate order.

- Power on all devices and ensure that the WAN/INTERNET port on the Gizmo is connected to you router or modem
- Restart the Gizmo and wait for 3 minutes
- Restart the modem and/or router and wait for 3 minutes
- Restart the Gizmo again and wait for 3 minutes

We have found that this particular method of restarting your device usually helps in obtaining an IP address.
