| What does this error mean?
While attempting to pay my current DSLX invoice, I got an error that stated the following.
There was an Error processing your payment. The reason for this Error: The
card could not be authorized for the following reason: This transaction has
been declined. AVS - P CSC - No Match
I got this error when attempting to pay using both my cards, which I no to have correct information and are valid. Any idea what the error means and how I can fix it? Thanks |

I asked billing about the error and they said they cannot confirm the cause of the error so you will need to give them a call and they will help determine the cause. |

| I got that error when my card failed to be billed. It happened when you guys switched over to the new webpage format. My information was already in there, but for some reason, it wouldn't authenticate it. I don't think the 3 digit code got stored with the move.
Might want your web guys to figure it out because you guys are going to get a lot of calls/complaints if it's not resolved. |
