| [Niagara] Cogeco-great service
The house next door to me was having a tree removed and the tree crew dropped a limb on my overhead cable line, ripping it down. They called Cogeco and they were told it could take up to 5 business days to get it repaired. I called Cogeco and spoke to a service rep and she was able to book a crew that would repair it 2 days from the time of the call. I said I thought it would be sooner but she said all the crews are booked and that's the best she could do. I did not make any fuss, just an oh well, if that's the best you can do I'll live with it. This was about 4:30 PM. At about 5:45 PM the same day 2 Cogeco vans pulled up out front of my house and did the repair. I went out to talk to them, saying I'm very surprised to see them. One of the crew told me they called him at home and sent him out to do the job. I've always received top notch service from Cogeco and once again they have not let me down. |

| reply to paul stoner Great to hear, we have been quite busy lately.
No service calls (ie branch taking your cable) rarely take 5 bus. days. We are not that busy.
Not pandering for compliments for my co workers, but the next time you are talking with Cogeco, if you passed along how happy you were, the techs would get a copy of it. |
