| What's the Callvantage Customer Service Phone Number?
I cancelled the service, but still need to call them about a billing issue. Unfortunately when I try to look up the number on their website, it's telling me to login first. But without an active account, I can't. I would appreciate it if someone posts it. Thanks. |

| reply to burgerwars I had the exact same problem! They only give out their phone number to current customers, so you literally cannot find the phone number if you recently canceled your service. I think that is pretty obnoxious. Anyway, thanks for the post, it was extremely helpful. |

I have also told the people when I finally was able to find the number that it needs to be on their web page. No one wants to be bothered with such trivia.
Good Luck |

| It is on their website, but it is buried deep. If you pull up the FAQs on the website, and click the link for "number porting questions" the customer service phone number is listed.
I agree it should be MUCH more visible on the CallVantage homepage. |

| reply to burgerwars I went through a nightmare with my final bill. I had service from the 22nd of July to the 4th of August. I requested a refund based on the fifteen day period in the Terms and conditions, but they claim that service starts on the day of request not the actual day that you can use it. In my case I had to port a number from another VOIP company over and it took until the 22nd of July. So I am out $60.00. |

| reply to burgerwars That sucks man...
Why such a poor review if you havnt had the svc for long nuff to even get a good taste of the svc...
"Terms and conditions, need to dial full ten digits, service sucks, features are antiquated"
"I hate using a company that puts you through a ringer just because they can and do not care."
Of corse, not talkin bout the customer svc end... that is screwed up in my opinion. Port overs from another voip svc can take some time. My experience w CallVantage has been great. Just wonderin what was so bad about it... |
