| Did something with East Coast monitoring change?
As BLUNTED 1 pointed out in the OOL forum, it seems that all line monitors set up by Optimum Online have seen a substantial increase in latency (from ~10 ms to ~40 ms) starting last Thursday. Was there some sort of change with routing between the monitor and OOL customers? Actually, there is someone among those monitors with Bway.net, and that also shows the spike.. Verizon doesnt seem to show it..

| ..BUMP..
OK, now it seems everyone on OOL saw a jump from 40ms to 60ms on the monitors.. We're not seeing that kind of latency between everywhere else, so that makes the monitoring kind of useless. Does anyone know whats going on?
Thanks, Rick |

I'll just whistle aloud and pretend I didn't see this post..
Does anyone from DSLR read this forum? Or should OOL customers just not bother using the monitors anymore? If that's the case, then just say so.. If the monitor can no longer be routed through an effective route to provide meaningful results, then please, just say that. There's a 30ms spike at a CV hop along the way that I am working with CV on getting looked into, but there is also a 30ms spike through telia.net thats contributing to this.
