    Best bang for your buck if nothing else is available besides satellite or dial up.

    Tons of information is available to tweak your computer and modem right here in the sprint mobile broadband forum.

    The sales department was the worse Ive ever seen. Made promises of $50 off my next bill and $50 rebate plus with a new 2 yr contract (as my contract with my cell phones expired a couple years ago) I was suppose to get 15 to 20% off my entire cell/broadband bill monthy for 24 months and FREE shipping.. That never happened. Only a $25 credit on my bill, no discount and DID charge me $11 shipping. Needless to say, I called Sprint with all these issues, Was told by customer care that everything the telasales department told me, she could not find anywhere in the notes or in promotions they have right now.

    I asked for a RMA number and shipping label to return my Sierra 595U modem and cancel my 2 year contract. That was granted and FedEx picked it up the next day.NOW to make sure all the charges are removed from my bill. (that could take another 6 hour call to Sprint billing LOL)

    I have went with another company that sells Sprint Mobile Broadband coverage with no contract and $10 cheaper a month.

    You're absolutely right, everyone should check their Sprint bill. While the sevice is amazing (voice and data) Ive not had one correct bill since Ive been with them. Im on a single line @39.99 and the phone as a modem option at 39.99, but I receive a discount on my bill through the Sprint employee value program so that should make my bill aound 75 dollars after taxes and fees. Unfortunately my last bill was $172 and they kept shutting off my service even though I had spoken to about 4 different reps who assured me my problem was fixed and my service would not be interrupted, but almost every day I have to call and have it restored and tell them I already have payment arrangements setup.

    I must say Sprint is amazing but their billing department is atrocious.
