    The internet side of FIOS is good

    The TV and phone both have issues

    The TV system is so new the channel line up changes frequently and the DVR has some issues. Good news is they are working thru the issues. Still better than the Cable company

    The amount of SPAM is ridiculous - I use my own email on my own server and have NEVER used or given out my verizon email account yet its full of spam. The most basic spam filtering would get the viagra ads but hey dont even try to do that. Im still confused how my account got on so manyt smap lists if I ve NEVER used it
