    I had a cable company before Verizon, it worked fine too for broadband but was not as fast and Verizon had other features that i wanted.

    I have the basic speed package of 10mbs download and 2mbs upload. Speed tests from various websites have proven those specs accurate and reliable.

    I believe Verizon Fios Broadband to be a good vaule due to the way it is bundled with other services such as TV and Telephone. The monthly cost by itself for broadband only would be to steep for most people.

    The install process took hours longer then what i was promised and Verizon customer service and billing departments both have a long way to go before they will get good marks from anyone.

    I give a good "Value for the money" mark only because of the way Verizons broadband service is bundled with TV and telephone,
