Had a speed problem for a while but it was eventually solved. So the service is working just as good as it was the day I had it installed 3 years ago, but with faster speeds, 6Mbps/650Kbps. Now all they need to do is to up the speeds of the Ultra tier. 
11/29/06 - Service is still as good as it was back when installed. I've had little to no downtime, and now have the Ultra+ tier, which is 6Mbps/1Mbps. Speeds are consistent all the time.
As for their tv service, I would love to see more HD channels. Supposedly they are going to have VOD going within a month or so. That will be a nice, long awaited addition.
6/11/07 - Service is still going strong. Nothing major to report problem wise, and they finally got VOD going. They added some more HD channels as well, but they need to keep working on them, especially the new ones coming up soon.
12/23/07 - Nothing new to report since last update. I hope WOw decides to do some kind of service upgrades soon. The slow internet speeds and the lack of new HD channels is getting old.
