The Good:
Fast installation:
Service tech arived on site and installed the mode, made sure all was functional before departing.
Good speeds:
16 Mbit down, 1.5 Mbit up, excellent for a self-run server operation.
Good Tech support:
support recognizes that you've gone through troubleshooting steps prior to calling them and doesn't try passing the blame onto the customer. tech support investigates service outage queries quickly.
The Bad:
No 24/7 service techs:
This is an unfortunate for an otherwise good ISP, I made a support call on early sunday, tech was sent on Monday.
