    Over the years my experience with Cogeco has been very good. I subscribe to digital cable and the pro high speed internet service. ( up to 16MG down) I have had to use their technical support twice over the years and both times the service I received was top notch.

    I have been a member at DslReports for 9 years ( i think ) and feel very confident in my ability to trouble shoot and tweak my internet / network for optimum performance.

    My only complaint with Cogeco is that I seem to have two connection speeds.

    1. Morning to early afternoon I get download speeds around the 15mg range which is at the high end of the postings from Niagara Falls.

    2. Mid-afternoon to very early morning I am hitting speeds in the 7mg-9mg range.

    If they could resolve this issue I would give them a perfect (all 5's) rating.
