10/1 package in Altadena, CA. Almost always achieve rated speeds, but intermitten problems make service near unuseable for brief periods of time. Must be persistent in reporting problems and providing significant evidence.
Order process was easy, techs were competent. I opted for user-owned modem instead of a lease. Motorola SBS5101 is a much better unit than the leased ones.
