    My mom has had cable/internet by Comcast for six years. I my self have only lived here for three. In those three years there have only been a couple outages, lasting a couple hours.

    Internet connectivity has been great. I normally reach both my upload and download cap nearly 24/7. Occasionally, though I do get slow downs but not very much.

    I have only had to contact customer support a couple of times. Each time it was not that big of a deal and the situation got resolved quickly.

    I would recommend Comcast to any one in the area!
