I've been a customer for 10 years -- 2 ownership changes have occurred since I signed up.
Nearly 99.999% reliability, when I have had any problem, they've gone the extra mile to fix it.
Comcast is a huge company, with high profit goals, so sometimes they take unilateral action (such as unwanted filtering and prioritization) in order to control their costs and maximize profitability.
I want the internet, not the Comcast "filtering" version of the internet.
