    I am a gamer so I am aware of how my connection runs and it has only gotten worse and worse over time. With the power they have they will never do anything about it unless some other "Good" ISP moves into your area. Someone needs to step in and make standards to what people should recieve and what a ISP would promise to offer which is nothing.
