    New install techs are terrible. Usually have to have CV tech to redo install. All provisioning is done through set top box. You can install yourself with very little technical knowledge.

    Boost is good as long as you are not on a congested node. Lots of Business Boost & Residential Boost Customers sharing node, which makes for very slow speeds.

    CV supplies modem for as long as you have service. SA Or Motorola Cable Modems

    I give OOL a A+ for Tech Support, B+ for speed, A+ for reliability.
