Ordered a 3000/384 package from them on 08/08/2008 with an estimated installation time of less then the week. Consumer service was responsive to my request to change a part of my ordered, allowing cancellation of the modem. Considering I have dsl on another line(1500/256) and that dslextreme seems to have close ties to AT&T I was looking forward to starting service with them. I really had no reason to expect what came next.
Ended up being in a covad area, they could only offer ~300/300 service due to my range from their CO, this compared to AT&T being able to offer 3000/384. So if you are outside of California check which provider will be offering your service, if it is covad double check your range to the CO before ordering.
