The company that I work for has several Cyberonic Internet for its locations and very happy with their service. Today one of our location in Atlanta that was going through Speedfactory Internet company went down and up to now we cant get hold of anyone @ Speedfactory see forum »speed factory seems to be no more.... , I called Cyberonic today and asked them for help, they are going to overnight us a wireless box with static IP to get our VPN back up. Thank you very much Cyberonic for your help, Solid connection, fast response and etc ......

old review: I had Covad DSL before switching to Covad/Cyberonic DSL in September. The reason I switched because of lower monthly fee and no additional fees. I found out about Cyberonic here in broadbandreports.com and I am so glad.
Cyberonic 6.0/768 is definitely a deal for $59 per month. I checked other providers and they’re charging about $10, $20, $30 more per month. The good thing about Cyberonic, they always answer their calls 24 x 7. I called Cyberonic technical support around 11 pm last Sunday afternoon and there was someone there to answer all my questions. No wait time.
I live approx 3,500Ft from the C/O office so my speeds are about 5.2megs/610kbs constantly. Overall I would highly recommend Cyberonic DSL. A+ all around.
